Is it safe?

All youth classes are non-contact and focused on bag work, technique, and conditioning. There is no sparring in our youth program.

What should my child wear?

Comfortable workout clothes and training shoes. Hand wraps are provided. We have gloves available to borrow for trial sessions.

What age is appropriate?

We accept children from age 4 through to 14. Classes are designed to suit different age groups and abilities within that range.
