Do I need boxing experience to join a group class?

No experience is needed. Our group boxing and kickboxing classes are designed for all fitness levels including complete beginners. Coaches provide demonstrations and modifications throughout every session.

What does a typical class include?

Each session begins with a warm-up, followed by bag rounds and boxing and kickboxing combination work guided by a trainer, then core exercises and cool-down. Every class is coach-led throughout.

How much does a trial class cost?

Trial sessions are currently $27 plus tax. Gloves are loaned and hand wraps are included. Trial sessions are paid and non-refundable.
